Community Football Product · Live League
Skandal
Skandal turns a recurring football group into a living league. Attendance, squad building, match records, player statistics, MVP votes and identity all share one system instead of being scattered across chats and memory.
01 · The problem
Why it exists
Weekly football groups remember results informally, rebuild teams manually and lose the story of a season. The product had to stay fast enough for match day while making every player feel part of an ongoing competition.
02 · Ownership
What I built
I designed and built the entire web product, data model, realtime experience, visual identity and match operations flow.
03 · System
How it works
Next.js and Supabase power player profiles, attendance, squad generation, match recording, statistics and realtime updates. The interface turns operational tasks into a shared league ritual.
04 · Evidence
What is proven
- Live since 01.01.2026
- 18 active players
- 27 matches recorded
- 221 goals recorded
- Realtime shared league state
