Private Client System · OpenClaw Operation
Hotel Intelligence
Hotel Intelligence replaces repeated manual competitor checks with one daily decision surface. It tracks Lapis Inn and eight comparable competitors across more than 300 future nights while OpenClaw coordinates schedules, specialist agents and system health.
01 · The problem
Why it exists
Independent hotel teams can spend every morning rebuilding the same market picture across changing travel pages and dates. A screenshot or spreadsheet captures one moment but loses source context, failure state and the reason a future night needs attention.
02 · Ownership
What I built
I designed the product, collection architecture, data model, operations dashboard, scheduling, recovery boundaries and OpenClaw agent responsibilities around the hotel’s real commercial workflow.
03 · System
How it works
Collection runs daily and stores comparable evidence in Supabase. OpenClaw coordinates the operation, Atlas owns collection responsibilities and Guardian watches system health. The dashboard explains market position while the final pricing decision remains human.
04 · Evidence
What is proven
- Nine hotels in the active comparison set
- More than 300 future nights
- Daily scheduled collection
- Visible health and recovery evidence
- Human controlled pricing decisions
